The deadline for exchanges and returns is 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be new and complete as at the time of receipt and must be returned in original condition. You must fill out an email with the reasons for the return and the order number.

This right of return can only be accepted for products in their original condition and complete (original tags, packaging, accessories, manuals) and in good condition. Returned products that are incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted. Products must be sent in the original packaging in good condition (shoe brand box without tape around it) inside a shipping carton.

In the case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Unlock SB will do its best to reimburse the customer promptly, reserving, however, that this deadline will depend on the assessments that will be made to the material, with a maximum duration of 15 days (counting from the arrival of the same to Unlock SB). The money will be returned in the same way as the payment was made (this option is only valid for the online store).

Shipping costs, if applicable, will not be refunded since they are expenses outside the scope of the service purchased.

In case of exchange for another product, the Customer may fill out an e-mail with the order number and make the exchange within 30 days from receipt of the product, maintaining the obligation to present the product for exchange in its original condition.

Unlock SB does not accept returns in situations where the modalities and times foreseen by the competent legislation for communicating the exercise of retraction have not been respected; or if the product is not packaged in the original packaging or not accompanied by all the original contents.
